Who is Willy Amann?

Funder of the international audiovisual agency of the same name, Willy has an atypical and passionate professional career.

He began his career in radio, working as a host, journalist and producer for national radio stations such as Radio France, Fun Radio, Virgin Radio and RMC. In parallel to his studies at the Institut Supérieur des Techniques du Son, he collaborated for several years on morning shows with Cauet, Bruno Guillon and Cyril Hanouna.

Since 2006, he lends his voice as a voice-over actor. Still on the radio, he has been heard as a host (Générations, Tropiques FM, Contact), or as a journalist for news flashes. Then he specialized in more corporate projects, such as commercials, audio guides, institutional videos or audiobooks, lending his voice to brands such as Nike, EDF, SNCF, MacDonald's, Uber, Norauto, SFR, Caisse d'Epargne or La Poste. In a more production-oriented dimension, Willy takes on the role of presenter or actor, embodying a brand that needs to outsource its content creation in French or English (Bosch, Base Finance, Entrepreneur.com...) taking care of the video and podcast production part. 

To complete the acting part of his job, Willy reinforces his actor training to practice dubbing, and now interprets different characters for series and Youtube channels. With hundreds of millions of views, his voice can be heard on channels that are part of the biggest entertainment producers (Troom Troom - Whoa, Troom Food, Voici Arnold ; The Soul Publishing - LaLaLife, 123Go, Sympa, ...).

Through his encounters and professional experience, he has been able to develop an expertise in the transposition of international content. The art of adapting original content as faithfully as possible into another language, while at the same time incorporating the codes of the targeted audience, is a delicate skill that must be performed by various stakeholders. From translation to voice-over, project management, editing and quality control, Willy has surrounded himself with talents who are as passionate about their work as he is.

I believe that content creation is a tool of expression to show things in our own way. If I can produce content to help people express their ideas more efficiently, I can help them communicate better and solve their problems.
